Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Longevity Medical Provider to join a growing team of innovative aesthetic medical professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for a licensed provider passionate about longevity medicine, wellness, and facial aesthetics, with a strong commitment to safety and clinical excellence.


About the Role

The Longevity Medical Provider will play a key leadership role in advancing and overseeing longevity services, including peptide therapy programs, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and advanced facial injectables. This position is responsible for maintaining best-in-class medical protocols across all locations and ensuring regulatory compliance under Medical Director oversight.

You will conduct comprehensive health assessments, interpret diagnostic findings, and develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing cellular health, hormone balance, regenerative outcomes, and aesthetic results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and determine treatment eligibility

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Lead and manage longevity programs, including peptide therapy and HRT

  • Review labs and ensure safe prescribing practices with appropriate follow-up

  • Perform advanced injectable and regenerative aesthetic treatments

  • Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, and post-care

  • Maintain and audit medical protocols and ensure compliance with state regulations

  • Conduct chart reviews and ensure adherence to medical and organizational standards

  • Collaborate with leadership on workflow development, SOPs, and training initiatives

  • Support team performance goals while balancing clinical and administrative duties


Required Qualifications
  • Active NP, MD, or NMD license (state-specific)

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in aesthetic injectables (preferred)
