NOW HIRING – Licensed Health Insurance Agent


Remote | Seasonal Opportunity | Potential Full-Time Employment

We are seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support a major healthcare program during the 2026 enrollment season. This is a fully remote, sales-focused opportunity with performance incentives and the potential for full-time employment after the seasonal period based on business needs and performance.


Important Dates

New Hire Orientation (NHO): August 28, 2026

Training Start Date: September 4, 2026

Seasonal Period: October 1 – December 8, 2026

Pay & Incentives

Training Pay: $18.00/hour

Production Pay: $20.00/hour


Sales Incentives: Approximately $21–$25 per Medicare Advantage (MA) sale

Additional seasonal incentive opportunities may be available.


Position Details

  • Seasonal position through the enrollment period
  • Potential opportunity for full-time employment after the season
  • Full-time employees may become eligible for benefits after 60 days
  • License renewal assistance may be available for eligible full-time employees
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
  • Voluntary and/or mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs


Licensing Requirements

  • Must have an active Health Insurance License
  • Must meet all applicable licensing requirements
  • Any active appointments associated with the program must be released before hire/start date
  • Candidates with active appointments should begin the release process as soon as possible
  • An email waiver or Letter of Intent may be used as part of the release process
  • Candidates must be prepared to provide licensing information and documentation promptly


Remote Work & Internet Requirements

Candidates must have hard-wired broadband internet through DSL, cable, or fiber.

Minimum Internet Speed:

  • Download: 20 Mbps
  • Upload: 10 Mbps


Not accepted: Satellite, antenna, microwave, or cellular hotspot internet.


Required Equipment

Employees are responsible for providing:

  • Approved headset
  • One 21-inch monitor with the appropriate cable to connect to the provided PC
  • Personal device capable of supporting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
