Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Hub Supervising Prevention Consultants work together to plan and implement programs in schools and communities. Each Hub Supervising Prevention Consultant is responsible for supervising the team of prevention consultants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Planning and implementing programs in schools and communities.

Establish alliances with organizations which have similar or allied goals, such as, school board, local law enforcement, healthcare providers, community centers and service providers. Will serve as a customer service role model to ensure a positive relationship in interactions with all participants, applying schools and community. Provides supervision to a team of prevention specialists who will provide trainings and workshops to community and youth.

Implements evidence-based prevention services and curricula with fidelity. OTHER DUTIES : As assigned by Hub Assistant Director KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Computer literacy SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
