COMPLIANCE NOTES

  • Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
  • Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer
  • Additional vaccine doses must be obtained where required by law

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocol
  • Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care and catheter care
  • Complete nursing assessments and contribute to resident care plan development and updates
  • Document accurately in the EMR and communicate changes in patient/resident status to the care team
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to CNA/GNA staff as assigned
  • Support infection control practices and regulatory compliance standards

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • ★ Active state LPN/LVN licence (or compact licence eligibility)
  • ★ CPR/BLS certification — current
  • ★ Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing / LTC setting
