Job Description

As an Attractions Supervisor, in partnership with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction at the attraction.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for growth and development of leads
  • Supervise daily operation of attraction, including duty management capacity
  • Offer consistent and timely feedback to all team members to ensure team meets expectations
  • Maintain ongoing focus on safety and positive internal and external guest service
  • Oversee the operational efficiency of the attraction during park hours and seasonal/special events, including assisting management with developing plans for high efficiency and low wait times through active participation in managing guest flow experience
  • Help ensure artistic and thematic integrity of attraction
  • Support the scheduling department in reviewing the team member schedules weekly
  • Ensure team understands and follows all company policies and procedures
  • Crisis management including guest and team member medical/emergency situations
  • Conduct timely investigation and response to incidents including team member/guest concerns
  • Advocate for active participation in all safety programs, including forming partnership with Environmental Health and Safety group
  • Support team member satisfaction and guest satisfaction programs and ensure the staff understands the importance of the programs
  • Ensure that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationships
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of operations management experience in theme park or hospitality industry, experience in guest service preferred
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
  • Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as required
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to multiple venues throughout the day

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality is highly preferred
