Job description

A day in the life:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide essential support to program management teams by coordinating personnel, resources, and activities across large-scale government or intelligence-related programs. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, organizational skills, and familiarity with SIGINT operations to ensure efficient execution of program objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
  • Assist in the development of management plans and the prepartion of cost and performance reports.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities including work package drafting, workbreakdown structure management, and related program functions.
  • Manages logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities essential to program execution.

*This position is contingent upon program award.

What you bring to the table:
  • Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without associates degrees will be considered on a case by case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence.
  • Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support program operations.
  • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

Salary Range:
  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience,actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself.
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $75,000 - $135,000.
