Monday 10:45pm - Tuesday 6:30am
Tuesday 10:45pm - Wednesday 6:30am
Wednesday 10:45pm - Thursday 6:30am
Thursday 10:45pm - Friday 6:30am
Friday 10:45pm - Saturday 6:30am
Are you a responsible, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and secure? Do you enjoy working independently at night, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff? If so, Carnegie Heights, a premier Brightwater Independent Living community, is looking for a Janitor/Night Watch to join our team!

What You'll Do
Conduct nightly security rounds to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and property.
Monitor and inspect work areas, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
Assist with safety inspections, helping maintain compliance with community policies.
Respond to after-hours concerns, assisting residents and staff as needed.
Report potential safety issues to management and assist in implementing solutions.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Dispose of garbage properly, keeping external receptacles organized.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks, logging work orders for needed repairs.
Serve as Fire Watch, if required, ensuring emergency readiness.
What We're Looking For
Ability to work independently & responsibly overnight.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Commitment to safety & security protocols.
Customer service mindset, ensuring residents feel safe and supported.
