Description
Our goal at Hoboken Grace's Middle School and High School Ministry is to create a community where every student knows they matter and belong. We are dedicated to helping teenagers create meaningful connections with their peers and a life-changing relationship with God through weekly meetups and monthly events.
Hoboken Grace interns will shadow, co-lead, and help run events and programs, as well as actively coach, mentor, and recruit volunteers. This position is ideal for anyone who is pursuing a career in ministry or education and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a non-profit environment. Our goal is to provide you with a transformational learning experience that you'll look back on with fond memories where you learned the basics of ministry, understood a youth ministry philosophy, and learned how to work effectively with a team. The candidate must be able to work on site in Hoboken, NJ and must be eligible to work in the United States.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be comfortable working with teenagers (previous experience not required)
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Must be detailed and task oriented
  • Must be able to multitask and balance multiple projects
  • Must be able to work onsite
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisting in and preparing to run Thursday night teen programming weekly
  • Planning and executing all Fall events
  • Assimilation of new students and families
  • Curriculum and Content Coordination
  • Organizing and maintaining curriculum and event supplies
SCHEDULE
  • September 16 - December 11, 2026
  • 10 - 20 hours per week depending on candidate
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • $250 to $500 stipend at the end of the internship
