HIRING FOR DAY/NIGHT SHIFT FRONT DESK AGENT

Guest Service Representative

*Holidays and weekend shifts required

*Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

*Ability to multi-task

*Ability to work alone confidently; quick problem solving skills

*Previous customer service required

*Must be able to learn the HOTEL SOFTWARE AND FRANCHISE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*Running multiple daily reports and organizing into packets

*Providing information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities

*Responding to requests from guests for assistance

*Entering/changing reservation information on the computer system

*Posting charges to guest accounts and processing payments from guests.

*Making necessary corrections to guest accounts.

*Listening for and responding to guest complaints.

*Maintaining daily logs, balancing shift work and cash drawers.

*Check Inn and Check Out Guest

Other duties may be assigned as needed.
