Responsibilities include setting up cones and barricades, using flags or signals to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Workers must remain alert, follow protocols, and communicate effectively with team members and drivers to prevent accidents. This role typically requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and sometimes certification depending on local regulations.
