Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.2 FTE Night Shift, Milwaukee, WI

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are committed to teamwork and providing great care, and we welcome you to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
  • Support the health of Community Care program members
  • Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registry
  • Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:

  • Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, Night Shift, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (8 hours per week)
  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
