RN Registered Nurse Supervisor for Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Night Shift team at the Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing. As a Night Shift RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while leading a team of dedicated nursing professionals. RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the Night Shift to ensure provision of high-quality patient care

  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor and report patient progress to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals
