Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for acutely ill patients. This position requires adherence to approved policies and protocols, with a focus on patient safety and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments following nursing standards and education.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity and excellence of care.
  • Document patient care accurately, including medications, vital signs, and intake/output.
  • Develop individualized care plans within 24 hours of patient admission.
  • Provide direct patient care in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in orientation, staff meetings, and ongoing training to foster teamwork and professional development.

Education and Experience
