To excel as a Night Shift RN, you must possess strong clinical nursing skills, critical thinking abilities, and hold a valid RN license with up-to-date certifications such as BLS or ACLS. Familiarity with night-shift protocols, electronic health records (EHRs), and hospital equipment is essential.
