Pana Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Night Shift Charge Nurse. If you're looking for an opportunity to lead with confidence while providing exceptional care to residents, we'd love to hear from you!

As our Night Shift Charge Nurse, you'll oversee resident care during overnight hours, support the nursing team, and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents.

What You'll Do
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision during the night shift

  • Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the Director of Nursing

  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation

  • Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care throughout the shift

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards

  • Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications
  • Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Strong leadership and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Passion for providing exceptional care in a long-term care setting

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
