Remote Call Center Representative

Location:  Remote – Must reside in Puerto Rico

Pay Rate: $11.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Remote Call Center Representative in Puerto Rico to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
  • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in English
  • Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.
