You will have access to leading electronic medical record systems to streamline documentation, as well as telehealth platforms for counseling sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the needs of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to patients, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges with sensitivity and expertise.
• Engage in collaborative consultations with family members or support systems, ensuring comprehensive treatment and effective discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in developing treatment strategies and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Shift Perspective Mental Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, and various mental health disorders. • A minimum of 3 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a track record of effective practice.
• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and electronic medical records software.

• Experience utilizing mindfulness and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient facility is a plus.
