Job description

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) working varied shifts and located in the Mammography Department at Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo. The department is currently open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo Imaging Team is committed to providing our patients with exceptional patient care in a clinic setting. Our team of Technologists work collaboratively to ensure exceptional image quality that services family medicine, pediatric, urgent care and other clinic departments. We are seeking a team first Technologist who takes pride in the quality of the images they produce.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
  • Must remain in original department/specialty
  •  Must remain in original Job Title
  •  Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

     Required Qualifications:

  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • CRT (M)
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

 Preferred Experience: 

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Mammography Technologist.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of patient-focused care delivery.
  • ARRT
