To address these, it's helpful to establish a consistent sleep routine, prioritize healthy eating, and stay hydrated. Many workplaces also encourage teamwork and regular breaks to help maintain productivity and morale. Adapting to the night shift can take time, but with good self-care and support from supervisors and colleagues, most workers find effective strategies to thrive in this role.
