Job Location:

Located in Marshall, MN north of SMSU and located in the industrial park.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
  • Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
  • Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
  • Executes task(s), as ordered or explained.
  • Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
  • Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.

What you will bring along:

  • No Education or experience required, but highly beneficial
  • Great hand dexterity
  • Ability to meet Vishay's attendance policy (2% absenteeism rate or less annually)
  • Ability to use a microscope for 9 hours daily
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers and supervisors
