What You'll Do

When production slows down, your work becomes even more important. You'll help ensure our equipment is ready to perform when the next shift arrives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipmentย 
  • Weld, fabricate, and repair piping, conveyor systems, and structural componentsย 
  • Install and replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, rollers, and other mechanical componentsย 
  • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled equipment inspectionsย 
  • Identify potential mechanical issues before they lead to downtimeย 
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loadersย 
  • Maintain clean and organized work areasย 
  • Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout proceduresย 
  • Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and production personnelย 
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechanical Maintenance Technicianย 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsย 
  • Welding and fabrication experienceย 
  • Experience working with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipmentย 
  • Ability to read measuring tools and perform precision repairsย 
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is a plusย 
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanshipย 
  • Valid driver's licenseย 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Welding certificationย 
  • Industrial manufacturing, quarry, or aggregate experienceย 
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experienceย 
  • Rigging or crane experienceย 
Work Environment

This position works in an active industrial environment both indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable:

  • Working overnight hoursย 
  • Working independently with minimal supervisionย 
  • Working around heavy industrial equipmentย 
  • Climbing ladders and working at elevated heightsย 
  • Lifting up to 90 poundsย 
  • Working in varying weather conditionsย 
  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing physically demanding work throughout the shiftย
