  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed for a leader who is interested in continued development. The right candidate may be considered for future kitchen leadership opportunities, including expanded responsibility, based on performance and business needs.

Why Join Us

Requirements:

  • Create and manage schedules to support business needs

  • Place and manage food and supply orders as assigned
  • Track inventory, monitor waste, and support cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health department and food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and kitchen readiness
  • Support training and coaching of HOH team members
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, and operational needs
