Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Pay Range: $41 - $52/hr
Schedule: Full-Time Night 3 x 12's and every other weekend rotation

What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Floor RN, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities include:
  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting
  • Administering medications and closely monitoring patient responses overnight
  • Responding to crises with confidence, using de-escalation and intervention techniques
  • Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Accurately documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with all standards
  • Offering education and reassurance to patients, helping them stay on track toward long-term wellness
What We're Looking For
  • Current RN license (in good standing).
  • ADN considered with relevant experience.
  • Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required-training provided.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
