Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during the night shift
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes
  • Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
  • Respond professionally to resident, family, and staff concerns
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Current Colorado RN or LPN license in good standing (or compact state license, if applicable)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care
