Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Wage: $18/hour

  • Full-time and part-time positions available

  • Day/Evening/Night shifts available

  • Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Support airline by overseeing a variety of ground handling services including, but not limited to, the following: ramp, baggage, cabin cleaning services, ground support (GSE) maintenance, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures by ensuring that established procedures are executed, at all times, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

  • Monitor and conduct necessary personnel training, and provide counseling when required

  • Supervise the efficient use of personnel and equipment to complete tasks according to company standards

  • Communicate and clarify any ambiguous items in manuals or company policies to employees

  • Ensure the security of all company funds, supplies, and equipment

  • Maintain working relationships with customers and provide prompt response to service requests

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment

  • Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Report / MVR (varies by airport)

  • Availability for extended hours and non-routine operations, including weekends and irregular shifts

  • Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
