Location: Kingwood, TX (Houston Area) –Licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager

Compensation: Total Earning Potential: $75,000-$135,000+ ($50,000 Base Salary + Monthly Incentives + Sales Commissions)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service requests including policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, coverage questions, and claims assistance.
  • Conduct policy reviews, customer retention activities, and cross-sell conversations.
  • Draft and respond to customer emails, text messages, and other communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize Allstate systems including eAgent, DASH reports, and agency management tools to identify follow-up opportunities and business growth opportunities.
  • Generate, review, and analyze agency reports to identify retention, cross-sell, account-rounding, and revenue-growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes, workflow efficiency, and client retention outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with Allstate guidelines, agency procedures, and applicable insurance regulations.
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to doing what is right for the customer.
  • Stay current on insurance products, policy changes, training, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Texas preferred; out-of-state licenses considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance customer service or account management experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in-office in Kingwood, Texas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and agency management systems.
  • Ability to learn and utilize reports, analytics, and agency performance tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Previous Allstate Agency experience.
  • Experience with eAgent, DASH reports, or similar agency management systems.
  • Proven success with customer retention, cross-selling, or account rounding.
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience.
