CNA/STNA – Full-Time Night Shift | The Enclave at Cambridge

Join Our Night Shift Team at The Enclave at Cambridge!

The Enclave at Cambridge, a trusted skilled nursing and long-term care community in Cambridge, Ohio, is hiring full-time CNA/STNAs for the night shift. We offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite stays, and 24-hour nursing care in a supportive team environment. If you're a compassionate caregiver who thrives on the night shift, we want to hear from you!

Schedule
  • Full-Time Night Shift

  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

  • Provide mobility and repositioning assistance to ensure resident comfort and safety throughout the night

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the on-duty nurse

  • Accurately document care provided per facility policy

  • Perform routine vital signs checks and record intake/output as assigned

  • Assist with nightly routines including hygiene and comfort measures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for all residents

  • Respond promptly to resident call lights

  • Adhere to all infection control and facility safety protocols

Qualifications
  • Active Ohio STNA certification required (or current CNA certification with ability to obtain Ohio STNA)

  • Must be in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but will train the right candidate

  • Ability to work full-time night shift hours (7 PM – 7 AM) including every other weekend

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical demands of the role
