Your MissionAs a Patient Account Representative (Check Out) at Texas Fertility Center, you’ll be the steady, welcoming finish line for patients—making sure every visit closes out accurately, clearly, and with care. This role exists to keep patient accounting precise, payments balanced, and questions answered with confidence.Key responsibilities include collecting and posting payments at checkout, verifying insurance and coordinating benefits, reconciling accounts, and preparing daily closing reports and deposit slips.
