Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tampa, FL, 33602
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (preferred)
  • 40 hours/week
  • Non-negotiable: Must be able to report to the Tampa site.

Manager
  • Direct leader is remote in Costa Rica.
  • Candidate must be comfortable reporting to a manager outside the U.S.

Primary Focus: Separation Processing
  • Termination letters
  • Severance documentation
  • Exit packages
  • Final pay-impacting data changes

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Payroll
  • Time & attendance
  • Other HR Operations teams

Systems Used
