This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch team for our new Fredericksburg, VA site. You'll be based primarily in Fredericksburg as we scale operations. During the initial phase, which could be several months, travel to Stafford, Louisa, and Manassas may be required to support operational needs and training while the Fredericksburg sites ramp up to full capacity.

We are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as participating in an on-call rotation.
This role supports data centers in various operational stages

The position may be assigned to a facility still under development, which could require travel to established locations for training until your designated site becomes fully operational. Candidates must be able to travel (over 50 miles) or commute (less than 50 miles) to active data center sites as required by business needs.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements

This position requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
Key job responsibilities
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds
- Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
- Some regional travel may be required
