Customer Service - Danish and English

Join Us We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual DANISH who speaks English (B2 level). Your mission will be to provide support to a company specialising in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have. What do we offer you? Temporary contract with real possibilities of continuity. Online training within the contract that will be in English (from August 24th to September 4th). 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week) from Monday to Saturday. Shift from 9 to 18h and Saturdays from 9 to 17h. (Two Saturdays a month are free). Salary of 22.000€ gross per year. This position is on-site at our Seville offices (with possibility of w@h), with a contract from the first day of training. Benefits: Work in a company with real possibilities for growth. What do we need? Native or bilingual (C2) level of Danish. Advanced level of English (minimum B2). Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
