Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Our Night Shift RNs are trusted clinical leaders who ensure residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. If you're looking for a rewarding nursing career where your judgment, experience, and compassion are valued, we'd love to meet you.

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you'll oversee resident care, provide clinical leadership, respond to changes in condition, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout the night.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care during the overnight hours
  • Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Supervise LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
  • Promote a calm, safe, and healing environment

Qualifications include:

  • Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Compassionate, resident-centered approach
  • BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
  • Long-term care experience preferred
