What will you do? * Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales * Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction * Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities * Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards * Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting More about you * Previous experience leading and managing a team * Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills * Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements * Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Shift details Every weekend Holidays Evenings Who we are Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 1,500 video gaming machines and brings the thrill of live thoroughbred racing from April to November and year-round simulcast wagering on thoroughbred and harness racing from across the country.
