Job description

Water's Edge Resort and Spa is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as our Night Security Officer. We are searching for a reliable candidate who has a professional, positive attitude.
Our Security Office will be involved in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees and Resort property during the evening and overnight hours.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor all areas of hotel property
  • Respond to guest needs and complaints in a professional, timely manner
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Follow company procedures
  • Assist managers and night audit when needed with various tasks

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Availability to work weekends until 3 AM
  • Must be willing to step in and assist managers when needed
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
