We are seeking a skilled and dependable Full Time Night Shift Patient Care Technician (CNA) to join our care team. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical support and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You will work closely with nurses, clinical coordinators, and Nurse Managers to support daily patient care activities and ensure smooth, efficient unit operations.
Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required. CNA license required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following statements describe the general nature and level of work performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties.
  • Assist nursing staff with direct patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with nurses, clinical coordinators, and nurse managers to implement patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
  • Accurately document patient information and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate nursing personnel.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Support clinical coordinators in coordinating patient care activities and managing workflow within the unit.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Full Time Night Shift & Every Other Weekend Availability Required. Valid CNA License Required.
LICENSURE & EXPERIENCE
  • Valid license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON), required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital or comparable clinical setting, required.
  • Full-time availability, including every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
  • Shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

COMPENSATION
