Night Rider

The Night Rider is responsible for providing safe and reliable overnight field support across oil and gas operations. This position involves transporting personnel and equipment to and from worksites, monitoring field equipment, performing routine checks, and responding to alarms or operational issues as needed. The Night Rider works independently during night shifts while maintaining communication with field teams and ensuring all activities follow established safety and operational procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport personnel and equipment to and from field locations during night shifts.
  • Perform routine overnight field inspections and equipment checks.
  • Monitor equipment and field conditions to ensure safe and reliable operations.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, equipment issues, or other operational concerns.
  • Communicate field conditions and issues to supervisors and appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate with field personnel to support overnight operational needs.
  • Accurately document field activities, incidents, equipment conditions, and completed work.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards or equipment concerns.
  • Work independently while maintaining effective communication with field teams.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Ability to work overnight/night-shift schedules.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
