Evening | Night Order Selector – Distribution Center
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Cash-Wa Distributing – Fargo, ND

Cash-Wa Distributing in Fargo is a broad-line food distribution center delivering food and supplies to restaurants, schools, and businesses throughout our region. As a Night Order Selector, you’ll play a critical role in building customer satisfaction by selecting orders accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do

  • Accurately, safely, and efficiently pick food and supply orders from shelves and storage areas using electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product packaging and build pallets with dry, refrigerated, and frozen items.
  • Apply labels accurately and ensure products are stacked, organized, and securely wrapped for shipment.
  • Operate voice-directed order selection systems according to job requirements.
  • Follow safe body mechanics and Accident Prevention Program (APP) protocols.
  • Comply with federal and state regulations including HAZMAT, OSHA, and food safety requirements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be willing to work nights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior distribution center or warehouse experience helpful, but not required.

Physical Demands

  • Frequent lifting of 10–80 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a multi-temperature warehouse environment, including freezer conditions as low as -10°F.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the work shift.
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to operate warehouse equipment and handle product.
