Job description

Glen Raven Material Solutions, a global leading manufacture of performance fabrics, is currently seeking a Spinning/Winding Operator. Responsible for the quality and production of spun bobbins from the Spinning process and, upon completion, are then transported to the Winding process. The operator is responsible for producing quality winding packages.
**Pay rate of $20.42 per hour including a shift premium**
**Various shifts available with overtime required based on production needs**
  • 12 hour nights, 7pm - 7am, on a 2-2-3 schedule
  • 8 hour Shift; 3rd Shift works Sunday night through Friday morning, 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic problem-solving skills throughout your shift
  • Setup and operate the creel machine to company standards
  • Review and interpret machine efficiency data throughout your shift
  • Complete quality paperwork

Experience:
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous machine operating experience preferred
