Location: Arlington, VA 22203
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team in Arlington, VA. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions, providing excellent customer service during overnight hours, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and prepare reports for management review.
  • Balance and reconcile daily accounts, including guest folios, cash drawers, and credit card transactions.
  • Provide front desk services such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries during overnight hours.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Monitor security and safety of the property during the night shift.
Qualifications
