The Role
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role is a unique combination of guest service and accounting, ensuring a smooth and secure transition between hotel operating days. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for overnight guests while also ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of closing out the day’s financial activity.

What You’ll Do
Balance and audit daily revenue, room charges, and transactions across departments
Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports for management review
Ensure all guest folios are accurate, updated, and properly posted
Handle late check-ins, early departures, and overnight guest requests
Monitor security and safety protocols, and respond calmly to emergencies or issues
Communicate important overnight notes to day staff to ensure seamless handoffs

Who You Are
Reliable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
Experienced with hotel property management systems (PMS), preferably Opera or similar
Calm under pressure and able to resolve guest issues with professionalism and care
Previous front desk or accounting experience is preferred
