Job description

CDL-A Regional Dedicated Driver

If you're completely tired of guessing how much money you'll actually make at the end of the week because of bad weather, dispatch delays, or other random issues, it's time to make a change. We have an opening on a highly predictable regional driving job that covers several states.

Best part? This is a 100% no-touch freight position. You won't have to fight with heavy freight or throw boxes inside a trailer all day. You just drive on a reliable schedule that stays exactly the same every single week.

The Pay & The Miles

Weekly Money: You can count on making around $1,400 to $1,500 every single week.

Steady Distance: You'll log between 1,600 and 1,900 miles per week.

No-Touch Freight: Strictly drop and hook / live unload. You just drop the trailer off, pick up the next one, and roll.

The States You'll Run: You will be driving regional routes across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Michigan.

Home Time & Schedule

The Weekly Routine: You will leave out on Sunday and come back home every single Friday afternoon. This gives you the entire weekend to rest and spend time with your family. You will be working 6 days a week.

The Shift Reality: You will need to drive at night sometimes. Your routes will include making stops and delivering to malls, so you must be comfortable backing into tighter spaces and handling double-drop deliveries.

Holidays: You will get guaranteed time off on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to be at home. You'll be expected to work other calendar holidays if they fall on your run, but we keep things balanced.

What It Takes to Qualify

Basics: You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid Class A CDL, and hold a current DOT Medical Card.

Experience Tracks: Trainees and Teams are fully welcome! You can apply even if you have 0 months of experience. We are happy to look at your record and get you rolling if you're a safe driver.

Clean Records: You need a solid driving record clear of major recent accidents or heavy traffic tickets, and you must pass a mandatory drug screening.

The Benefits

We offer a full corporate benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off (PTO). Plus, you'll have 24/7 driver support lines in case you ever need anything while out on the road.

Stop leaving your weekly paycheck up to chance. Secure a predictable, guaranteed pay structure today.
