Job description

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation: Starting wage + hotel service gratuities, adjusted based on experience.
  • Benefits: Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Job Summary:
Guest experience is more important than ever. Become a member of the Team that is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of The Killington Grand Hotels' public areas and corridors.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
  • Work 2 dayshifts (7am-3pm) and 2 nightshifts (3pm-11pm) per week.
  • Clean furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc. in public areas such as lobby, pool, and public restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space and Preston's Restaurant Front of House
  • Maintain cleanliness of parking lot and outdoor areas
  • Assist with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed
  • Work interactively with the front desk to accommodate guest needs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to work 3rd shift / over night
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Prompt response to guest/ staff requests for service and assistance
  • Team player
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
