Job description

  1. To provide direct care, support and supervision of residents.
  2. To facilitate psychoeducational trauma informed groups for residents.
  3. To be responsible for all required documentation for shift in the electronic filing system, including passing pertinent information directly to the next shift.
  4. To assist in house management, including keeping the house clean, neat and safe.
  5. To attend staff meetings and individual supervisions.
  6. To assist in supervision of residents during recreational activities.
  7. To occasionally provide transportation to residents.
  8. To successfully complete designated training for this position.
  9. To enforce house rules and policies and procedures.
  10. To administer medication to residents.
  11. To perform related duties.
  12. The Advocate reports to the Program Manager.
