Job Description: About Us Noodle & Boo is a premium baby, family, personal care, laundry, and home care brand known for gentle formulas, trusted quality, and an emotional connection with parents, gift-givers, and families.We are looking for a hands-on ecommerce and growth leader to strengthen our direct-to-consumer business, improve the digital customer experience, and help build deeper relationships with our customers across owned and paid digital channels.Role Overview Noodle & Boo is seeking a Brand Engagement Manager to lead brand engagement across creator relationships, community programs, product seeding strategy, mom-focused and mission-driven events, affiliate and ambassador initiatives, loyalty engagement support, TikTok and influencer agency coordination, PR opportunities, and cross-channel storytelling. This is a hands-on consumer brand marketing role for someone who understands creator marketing, customer engagement, brand partnerships, product gifting strategy, events, mission-driven activations, affiliate programs, ambassador communities, and the operational follow-through required to turn relationships into meaningful brand momentum. The Brand Content Creator owns the working social media calendar, daily content capture, content drafting, posting support, UGC organization, event content, and basic customer engagement. The Brand Engagement Manager sets the engagement priorities that feed the content calendar, including creator activity, product seeding priorities, mom community events, First Night Kit and local giveback activations, affiliate opportunities, loyalty themes, partnerships, PR moments, and cross-channel content needs. This role owns product seeding strategy, including audience selection, campaign themes, partner fit, follow-up expectations, and performance learnings. Operations owns fulfillment, shipping execution, and product mailing logistics, with this role providing strategic direction and partner context. This role also supports LinkedIn, founder thought leadership, and blog storytelling by helping identify, coordinate, and develop engagement-driven opportunities in partnership with the VP Marketing, Brand Content Creator, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, and other marketing stakeholders as appropriate.Role Mission Build a thoughtful brand engagement engine that strengthens creator relationships, customer love, mom community participation, First Night Kit and local giveback engagement, affiliate and ambassador growth, professional advocacy, PR visibility, loyalty participation, and cross-channel brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities Lead Brand Engagement StrategyBuild and manage Noodle & Boo's brand engagement plan across creators, customers, mom communities, product seeding strategy, loyalty, mission-driven activations, affiliates, ambassadors, professional partners, and brand partnerships.Translate brand priorities into monthly engagement themes that support social media, creator outreach, events, loyalty, email/SMS, paid media, ecommerce, PR, retail storytelling, Docs & Doulas, Mama Ambassadors, and affiliate programs.Partner with the VP Marketing to ensure engagement programs reflect Noodle & Boo's brand strategy, messaging, voice, values, premium positioning, and mission sensitivity.Partner with the Creative Director, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, and Brand Content Creator so engagement activity supports brand standards, ecommerce priorities, and content needs. Develop Social Calendar Inputs and Content PrioritiesProvide the Brand Content Creator with monthly and weekly content priorities based on creator activity, product seeding, Docs & Doulas outreach, Mama Ambassador activity, affiliate campaigns, events, first-night-kit activations, loyalty moments, PR opportunities, and brand campaigns.Review the social calendar to ensure it reflects important engagement opportunities, creator content, UGC, customer stories, event recaps, product education, mission moments, professional partner activity, and ambassador storytelling.Partner with the Brand Content Creator to identify what should be filmed, reposted, recapped, saved, repurposed, or escalated for review.Ensure social content supports broader brand engagement goals rather than functioning only as daily posting.Identify engagement moments that may become LinkedIn or blog content, including creator wins, retail milestones, founder stories, event recaps, mission moments, professional partner insights, and community proof points.Route those story opportunities to the VP Marketing, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, Brand Content Creator, or Creative Director based on the channel and approval need.Manage Creator and Community RelationshipsIdentify, outreach, and build relationships with creators, micro-influencers, mom creators, baby care voices, lifestyle creators, gift guides, professional advocates, and relevant community partners.Develop creator and community outreach priorities that reflect Noodle & Boo's premium positioning, customer base, product priorities, mission, brand values, TikTok Shop needs, and affiliate potential.Manage creator relationship follow-up, content links, usage rights, affiliate opportunities, performance notes, and relationship tracking.Maintain a clear creator and community partner database with audience fit, contact details, product interests, content history, rights status, code/link details where applicable, and next steps.Identify top-performing creators and advocates for deeper partnerships, paid collaborations, event invitations, affiliate opportunities, ambassador roles, PR moments, and long-term brand relationships. Develop Product Seeding StrategyOwn the strategy, audience segmentation, product priorities, campaign themes, partner selection criteria, and success measures for creator, affiliate, ambassador, professional partner, and community product seeding initiatives.Partner with the TikTok agency, Influencer Agency, VP Marketing, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, Creative Director, Brand Content Creator, and Operations to determine product focus, themes, and recipient priorities.Brief product inserts, talking points, creator prompts, ambassador prompts, affiliate prompts, and content direction in partnership with the VP Marketing and Creative Director.Partner with Operations for fulfillment, shipping execution, inventory availability, and mailing logistics; Operations owns the execution of product mailings.Track seeding outcomes such as content received, usage rights, partner response, affiliate activity, post status, product feedback, and performance learnings. Lead Affiliate, Ambassador, and Professional Advocacy ProgramsDevelop and grow Noodle & Boo's affiliate ecosystem, including creator affiliates, TikTok Shop affiliates, Mama Ambassadors, Docs & Doulas partners, professional advocates, and other approved referral or advocacy programs.Define what each program is today and what it should grow to become. Docs & Doulas should begin as a trusted professional outreach, education, sampling, and referral program for doulas, lactation consultants, nurses, pediatric and OB/GYN offices, birthing centers, and baby educators, and grow into a broader professional advocacy network. Mama Ambassadors should begin as a curated group of purpose-driven moms, customers, creators, and community hosts, and grow into a scalable brand advocacy and referral community that supports events, education, giveback initiatives, content, and customer trust.Establish program criteria, outreach lists, partner profiles, onboarding materials, education tools, referral or affiliate opportunities, content guidelines, and follow-up workflows for each partner type.Partner with the Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth to define affiliate tracking needs, referral links, codes, attribution, commission or incentive structures, payout processes, channel rules, and reporting cadence where applicable.Partner with the VP Marketing and Creative Director to ensure all professional-, ambassador-, and affiliate-facing materials are accurate, tasteful, compliant, premium, and brand-right.Monitor affiliate and ambassador quality to ensure partners protect the brand, avoid inappropriate claims, control discounting, and support customer trust. Lead Mom Community and Mission-Driven First Night Kit EventsDevelop and manage Noodle & Boo's mom community and mission-driven event strategy, including mom-focused events, First Night Kit activations, local giveback events, founder moments, retail activations, professional-community events, ambassador gatherings, and community partnerships.Build events that deepen relationships with moms, families, creators, customers, ambassadors, professional partners, nonprofit partners, and local communities while supporting Noodle & Boo's broader mission to care for babies and families.Tie mom community events to First Night Kit efforts, local giveback opportunities, mission-driven activations, product education, and meaningful brand storytelling where appropriate.Partner with Operations and internal teams to define event product needs, First Night Kit materials, logistics, content needs, partner roles, and follow-up actions.Develop repeatable event playbooks that can be adapted for local partners, retail partners, creators, Mama Ambassadors, Docs & Doulas partners, mom groups, nonprofit partners, or community organizations.Protect the dignity and sensitivity of mission-related storytelling by ensuring content around foster children, First Night Kits, and giveback efforts is handled respectfully and appropriately. Coordinate Agency, PR, and Partnership InitiativesServe as the day-to-day internal coordinator for TikTok and influencer agency activity related to creators, TikTok Shop support, affiliate pushes, event participation, product seeding strategy, and content opportunities.Manage agency agendas, follow-ups, approvals, deliverables, creator briefs, campaign themes, product priorities, affiliate opportunities, and content learnings.Partner with the VP Marketing and PR resources to identify founder storytelling, local visibility, gift guide, community relations, professional partner, ambassador, affiliate, and mission-driven PR opportunities.Identify and coordinate brand, event, retail, nonprofit, professional, and community partnerships that support engagement goals and require strategic alignment, PR sensitivity, founder involvement, affiliate economics, or brand review. Support Loyalty and Customer EngagementSupport loyalty engagement in partnership with the VP Marketing, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, lifecycle/email partner, Brand Content Creator, and Shopify/LoyaltyLion support.Help develop loyalty engagement themes, member content, reward storytelling, social promotion, event tie-ins, referral opportunities, ambassador tie-ins, affiliate overlap, and mission-driven participation moments.Identify ways to use loyalty to increase repeat purchase, customer participation, event attendance, referrals, First Night Kit awareness, and brand advocacy once the program is ready to launch.
