Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)- Night Shift
Location: Concord, NH, 03301
Duration: 14 weeks Contract
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $760 - $880; (Negotiable based on experience)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team for a 14-week night shift contract. The LNA will provide direct patient care and assist nursing staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services during the overnight hours.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
    • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
    • Assist patients with repositioning and turning to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
    • Support nursing staff in following care plans and physician orders.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
    • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
    • Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience as an LNA, especially in a long-term care, hospital, or skilled nursing facility setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM).
    • Physically capable of performing duties, including lifting or assisting patients.
