• Performing detailed patient evaluations, ordering necessary tests, and devising tailored care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues independently or with physician collaboration (as credentialed)
• Providing education to patients and their families on wellness and preventive care
• Prescribing medications and treatments within your professional scope

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in New Jersey
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or relevant specialty certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
