Join a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Western New York. This established, mission-driven organization is seeking three Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse communities throughout the Buffalo area.

Founded in 1999, this respected FQHC serves more than 20,000 patients annually across four established locations in Western New York, with a fifth location scheduled to open by year-end.

  • Buffalo, NY
  • Niagara Falls, NY
  • Cheektowaga, NY
  • Lockport, NY

With over 180 employees, the organization continues to grow while maintaining its commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time, permanent employed position
  • Openings available at all practice locations
  • MondayFriday schedule, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturday coverage based on clinic location
  • Average patient volume of 1620 patients per day
  • Rotating phone call schedule (one week at a time)
  • Opportunity to work across multiple sites, all located within approximately 30 minutes of each other
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with physician autonomy
