Job description

Body Shop Customer Service Representative

 

We need a Body Shop CSR who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and the estimator. If you can make customers feel welcome and confident that their needs are being met, then our body shop may be your next career home.

        Starting wage $18.00 hourly.                                             Monday through Friday

  • Greet body shop customers promptly and courteously – attitude is everything!
  • Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs
  • Answer phone and schedule repair estimates and appointments
  • Create files and organize documents
  • Assist in maintaining accounts receivable schedule
  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
  • Assist manager with office duties
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready to pick up
  • Handling minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep the Manager informed of issues and potential problems
  • Other duties as asssigned
