Flag Football Coordinator
Sofive Soccer Centers, Hatfield, PA
Position Overview
Sofive Soccer Centers Hatfield is seeking an experienced, organized, and engaged Flag Football Coordinator to oversee and grow our year round Youth NFL Flag Football League and Development Class operations.
This role will be responsible for managing the day to day execution of flag football programming, supporting league operations, coaching as needed, developing players, and building a strong flag football community at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Youth NFL Flag Football League and Development Class operations at Sofive Hatfield.
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of seasonal leagues, classes, clinics, and related programming.
  • Coach Youth NFL Flag Football teams as needed.
  • Help develop and improve youth flag football curriculum, class structures, and player development pathways.
  • Ensure all programming follows NFL Flag Football rulesets and Sofive operational standards.
  • Communicate professionally with players, parents, coaches, referees, and facility leadership.
  • Assist with scheduling, roster management, league communication, and administrative tasks.
  • Support sales, registration, and retention efforts for youth sports programming.
  • Foster a strong sense of camaraderie among coaches, players, families, and the broader Hatfield flag football community.
  • Maintain a positive, organized, and competitive environment for all participants.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience coaching within a flag football league, preferably under the NFL Flag Football umbrella.
  • Experience managing a youth flag football team, league, club, or similar youth sports program.
  • Strong knowledge of NFL Flag Football rules and youth player development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with players, parents, coaches, and staff.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Google G Suite is preferred.
  • Experience officiating NFL Flag Football games is a plus.
  • Sales experience, especially in a youth sports or programming environment, is a plus.

Schedule Requirements
  • Wednesday and Thursday afternoon through evening availability is required.
  • Saturday morning availability is required.
  • September through May: approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
  • June through August: approximately 10 to 12 hours per week.
