Position Description
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking energetic, outgoing, and passionate individuals to join the Street Team, who represent the club at home games, events, and appearances throughout the Tampa Bay region. Members will be an integral part of all grassroots marketing efforts and brand building through engaging with current and future Bucs fans. This part-time, year-round position is primarily responsible for making sure our fans have the best experience everywhere they go!
Essential Functions
  • Event Activation and Brand Representation
    • Represent the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and respective partners with enthusiasm, pride, and professionalism.
    • Set up, operate, and tear down year-round activations including tents, signage, interactive games, giveaways, etc.
    • Grow the brand with new audiences and deepen the connection with current fans by activating branded experiences and promotional materials.
  • Community and Grassroots Engagement
    • Raise club awareness across brand, community, and sponsorship priorities by serving as a knowledgeable source on Bucs initiatives and team history.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage equipment responsibly, including loading, unloading, assembling, and inventory.
    • Setup and host the Jr. Bucs Kids Zone at Training Camp and home games, including football drills, inflatables, photo opportunities, RVs, and giveaways.
  • Promotion Support
    • Generate leads to support marketing and sales goals.
    • Engage fans in the Jr. Bucs Fan Club and new member sales.
    • Promote the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Internal Communication and Reporting
    • Provide recaps and feedback after each event.

Skills & Abilities
  • Lively, outgoing, positive, service-oriented, hardworking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and interact with fans, especially youth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership initiative.
  • Ability to take part in physical football-related activities.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles to events.
  • Ability to drive a full-length RV-bus preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required for insurance purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, such as outgoing, approachable, and confident in public settings.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with individuals and groups of all ages.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-energy environments.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including equipment setup, loading, and storage.

Experience & Education
  • Experience in fields like Marketing, Partnerships, Hospitality, Events, Sports Management, or Recreation is preferred.
  • Experience in roles like Brand Ambassador and Coaching is preferred.
  • Experience with driving large trucks is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, English) is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, NFL, (flag) football, Raymond James Stadium, and the Tampa region.

Work Environment
  • May have to work occasional holidays; extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Sitting, standing, and working with hands outdoors for extended periods of time.
  • Physical Demands: HIGH - This position entails physical exertion and exposure to outdoor temperature/humidity extremes.
  • Lifting more than 40 pounds is required.
